Dragon Wrestlers Continue Success; Will Host Clash on the River This Saturday

WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE — Sometimes less is more.
The Fairland Dragons wrestling team took 4 participants to the Washington Court House Invitational and made the most of it, finishing 9th overall out of 20 teams last Saturday.
Senior C.J. Graham posted a 4-0 record and finished 1st in the 126-pound weight class.
Levi Mitchell finished in 2nd place in the 113 weight class, going 3-1 on the day.
In the 165-pound class, Zachary Burdine went 2-3 and finished in 6th in his class.
The Dragons will be back on the mat on Saturday, Jan. 25 as they host the Clash on the River tournament. The event will showcase both high school and middle school teams.
